– Frankincense (Boswellia carterii) – 3 drops
Joint repair support, anti-inflammatory
– Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) – 2 drops
Soothes discomfort, calms nervous response to pain

🧴 Carrier Oil (Fill to 12 ml)
Choose ONE:
Fractionated Coconut Oil (ideal)
Sweet Almond Oil
Jojoba Oil
Fill to the top after adding essential oils.

🧪 How to Prepare
Add essential oils into a 12 ml roller bottle
Fill with chosen carrier oil
Cap and gently roll between hands

– ✅ Roller Application
Apply 1–2 gentle passes:
Around joints (hips, knees, elbows)
Along the spine
On affected muscles
Massage gently for 30–60 seconds.

Frequency:
1–2 times daily
Best after rest or light warmth
